The project consists of environmental and engineering services required for a Project Development and Environmental (PD&E) Study. This includes consideration of social, economic, and environmental effects, and mitigation as required by the County. The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) PD&E Manual is being used as a guide. The required environmental and engineering reports and Conceptual Design Plans were developed. A comprehensive Public Involvement Program has been conducted. The Project Limits of the CR 951 PD&E Study are from Immokalee Road in Collier County to Alico Road in Lee County.
